License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Nimbus on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Nimbus except where applicable law permits it, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
Weather Data Disclaimer
Forecasts, historical data, air-quality readings, and alerts shown in Nimbus are sourced from third-party meteorological data (Open-Meteo) and are estimates, not guarantees. Weather is inherently unpredictable. Do not rely on Nimbus as the sole source of information for decisions involving safety, travel, or property — always consult official local authorities for severe weather warnings.
Intellectual Property
Nimbus, including its design, branding, and code, is the property of Sleeping Giant Marketing Services Private Limited. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you beyond the limited license above.
No Warranty
Nimbus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleeping Giant Marketing Services Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Nimbus.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may update Nimbus or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
